Excellent, super service received

I bought a pizza from Debonairs Princess crossing way back, I found something out of ordinary in it. I then phones customer careline. In no time I received a call from the branch manager(Mark Davidson). I liked the way he handled the whole situation, and I received the replacement of my original order. I so wish everyone else can practice that humble and taking ownership response when faced with such encounters instead of trying to be on the defensive side. Debonairs Princess crossing is the best. Can't think of any pizza shop to order from other then them.
