EXCELLENT SERVICE AFTER BAD SERVICE

I ordered a pizza at Debonairs PTA north at 19:40 YESTERDAY and by 21:30 the order have not reached my placed. I was very patient in the process, calling trying to find out if the pizza is still coming or not. Itumeleng at first said he couldn’t get hold of the driver but assured me that the pizza would arrive. Few minutes when we were about to sleep 21:45, my kids were eating bread with tea, they were so annoyed The mood in the house was just on another level, as we had an expectation and we were so hungry. I ordered because there was a need for that pizza.

I received his call telling me that my order was hanging on their system and how sorry he was for calling so late. All I could hear was he sincere ness from his voice, the hurt and embarrassment, he asked what we ate, he couldn’t stop apologizing till I begged him to stop. When I think of the manner in which he expressed the situation, how could I continue and post my complain on twitter or help peter today? I couldn’t because this guy knows what a customer is, he really knows how to deal with people, he has a s**** to talk to an irate client. I don’t think you have any person like him at your store.
