Excellent Service!!!
On 2015-04-29 at about 20:00 I went to buy a pizza at Debonairs Kuilsriver and when I collected my pizza then <br> rushed home which were about 15 km away from the shop. When I got home I saw that it was not the pizza I ordered. I then phoned debonairs kuilsriver and explain to them that I have the wrong pizza and I tried to explain to the person that helped me but the phone was given to the manager. I explained to the manager Mr Lennox Kilana my situation and he was really helpful and say something that I don't hear people in the fast food industry say and I qoute \ I apologized Sir and you the customer is important to me". We then got to a meaningful solution which makes both parties happy. <br> I must say that this is the type of people we need in the fast food industry one that makes the customer feeling important. <br> <br> Thanks Debonairs Kuilsriver you rock !!!"""
