Exceptional service from Joe from the Tembi mall branch... He knows his job description, the other manager needs to learn more from him, don't know his name and I'm not interested as he did not attend to my complaint, even after I sent him several messages and called him. But then Joe saved the day... We pay money when we buy, and that needs to be respected!!!! Job well done Joe
