Excellent service

I recently ordered via my cellphone app and the debit went through. I received an email after stating that the certain branch cannot deliver as it was already late and that they will do a refund within 5 days. The days passed and I did not hear anything from the branch and I followed up with them. The manager who assisted gave excellent service, asked if they should deliver a pizza or should they proceed with the refund .The refund was processed the same day and even though I did not get my pizza on the day and I was super happy with the hassle free service .Big ups!
