Evaton Mall Debonairs Bad Service / Delivery

Good evening,

I ordered Pizza at debonairs Evaton Mall time 17:28pm for delivery with 2.25L coke no suger. The delivery got to the house at 18:42pm to our surprise it was pizza only, they guy said he did not see that we ordered coke. We asked him to collect it, he said he will only bring it at 20:30pm imagine. So I decided to drive fetch the coke myself because I can't wait 1h30min for coke. When we got to the store we tell them our problem and asked for our coke, then they tell us the 2 25L coke no suger was not available it's only coke, we surprised because no one called us after we order that the coke was not available. I asked the guy at Evaton Mall Debonairs on how should we go about complaining to debonairs about this.. He couldn't answer, I ask him why don't they answer their phone as we called several times, we rece3their numbers from customer service, he says his hardly in office, but the phone stays in front of table.

The bad service from Evaton Mall Debonairs has been happening for a while everytime when we order online. They sometimes take over 1h30min to delivery even pizza.

Please debonairs do something about this, because I really can't take anymore disappointments from this Shop and it's staff members.
