empty promised after bad food

Absolutely disgusted and disappointed at Strand branch! order in July was around R300 and the food we received was gross and disappointing to say the least, logged a complaint directly to the debonairs hq via email on the 21st July and received a call back a few days later, after a bit of back and forth, I was told a discount would be loaded to my profile which I decided to use this evening. I was yet again disappointed and told there is no discount loaded....and if its not there they cant do anything. You would have expected after the first mess they would try and avoid another on, this is sadly not true. It feels like the service has gone steadily downhill and I doubt ill be back again after this!
