Efficient service

on Saturday evening, as i was disappointed by Steers Braamfontein for not assisting me with the contact number of any Steers in the Oakdene of Comaro, i was then helped by an efficient worker/employee of Debonnairs Rosettenville, his name is Neo. i said to him am not sure if he can help am looking for Steers number in Comaro, immediately, he offered his services by saying please talk to me i will be able to assist should you be looking for food at Steers i will take the order and make sure that it is delivered to you immediately...i was so amused and relived to hear such professionalism. the problem was the delivery of food, which took longer than expected and the driver came with an attitude and by the time i received the food it was cold, the driver was not even smiling - he was a bit arrogant. Steers Oakdene/Comaro - i trust the experience i received from the driver will not happen again, though we waited and waited longer than expected for the food.
