Efficiency no where to be found!!!
I went and placed an order online, received confirmation for it and when I went to collect it in store I was told that they don't make i requested online. I know that they had my number and could have called me, instead they waited for me to come to the shop as they didn't want 'miscommunication'. I had to wait another 30 mins for another order. Absolutely ridiculous!
