Eersterivier Shop is terrible terrible, poorest of the poor service

The most terrible service ever at Eersterivier Branch. This is my second poor experience witj this shop, ordered online, waited over an jours, decided to drive to the shop akd rather collect. Got to the shop spoke to whom i believe is the superior, tall, skinny elderly colored lady. She paid no attention, had no interest in listening, there was a delivery driver who came to pick up an order, he was more keen to assist, took my phone looked at my app and checked at the till point, he then apologised for the delay and mentioned my order just left, the order was at the shop for over an hour. The driver them took out a phone and called the one delivering, he mentioned to him that i was at the shop, he told him to either wait for me at home or return the order, he asked me what would be ideal i opted to drive home and meet him there. When i got home the second driver was waiting with my order and he too apologised for the inconvenience. I took the pizzas and learned that they forgot the cool drink. He asked if he could go quickly and get it, i said its ok no need, as a hotel General Manager it was easy to see where everything goes wrong for this store, tbe staff and manager do not care at all, they have no sense of urgency and customer service, tbe two drivers were more keen to assist than those in charge. At this stage i had with tje pizza and i opted to throw it in the been and i took the loss. It was cold and not well prepared, totally from debonnairs standards, i should have learned the first time with this shop.
