Dry Pizza with no filling
So on Saturday I ordered 2 triple decker pizzas from the Renbro Centre my order was R319.80 . it was a call and collect order. My mom went to the said store to collect it and when she got home I was actually shocked by what was prepared for us. The pizzas contained only onions and 3 cubes of ham in each triple decker slice only and it was very dry. I tried calling the store several times and the extension I was being transferred to rang unanswered. I left my details with Sihle and someone finally gave me a call back and I was advised to send pics via whatsapp and I did. The guy rep**** by saying that he was shocked and apologized. He then said that he will resolve this issued with the owner and get back to me. All I want is my money back how do you give someone something that you can’t eat. If they didn’t have some ingredients why did they not tell me. I am so disappointed with this particular store. I always buy pizza from the Carlton Centre branch I never has isssues with them. no, you guys don’t take your customers very serious. I want my money back and you must come and take the pizza that is left back and eat is as I am nobody’s dog.
