Dry Pizza and no filling in between

I bought a triple stack yesterday at Chris Hani mall at 6:30. The pizza was so dry and no proper filling done to it. I lodge an unsatisfactory complain this morning and they promised to come back to me and they come back to me and I have not heard anything from them.
