Dry pizza and horrible customer service from manager

Good may someone from head office call me ,as I spoke to the manager from Westgate Mall Jabulani Mlambo wo insist that I should have consumed the pizza with 45mins from the time it was made ,I am honestly not happy with the feedback as I asked to escalate the matter and refused as he told me to bring him a piece of pizza , without acknowledging that I am not happy with the product I have bought from your store.next day the manager Jabulani malambo called me and I expressed how I was unhappy with the pizzas I had bought from his store ,he then advice me to bring him a slince of pizza so he could see it,I then advice him that I would not be able to do so ,but I could send him pictures of it,3 hours later he called me and told me that I should have consumed the pizza within 45mins from when it was made , funny thing that I didn't understand that I usually buy your pizza once a week and it has never been that way,the manager said there is nothing wrong with the pizza without acknowledging that I was not happy with the pizza nor how the manager dealt with my complaints and when I ask to speak to someone else he refused to escalate my call and said he would rather call me tomorrow .
