Dry pizza

I bought two triple decker pizzas tonight as I was entertaining guests. The pizza was so dry without any sauces. As soon as you picked up a slice the meet would fall off each layer and the crust was dry and had flour dust at the top of the layers to prove lack of sauces thereof. I was extremely shocked how debonairs in hammanskraal could deliver such to a customer. Can someone please attend to this.
