Dry pastry
I went to debonairs recently and I bought a real deal chicken double stack pizza. The pastry was soooo dry and burnt at the bottom, making it impossible to eat. I didn’t return to the store because I had really bad service from them. The lady who opens up tills took her sweet time to do so, the trainee didn’t even introduce herself and she’d forgotten my order too. I’m so disappointed in the service and professionalism because I’ve never had “bad pizza experience” from debonairs.
