Dry flat "triple" decker

Ordered the kedecembe box, which has a triple decker, 1.5l.

Firstly Debonairs has a pin your location, but the drivers don't use this? Why not?

Secondly because they don't use the location they get lost and you get cold food. But that's not the issue. I ordered a triple decker. But the pizza was pathetic, the filling was enough for a normal one layered pizza. The pizza was flat and dry as well.

I did submit a complaint on the app, the agent said 24hours for customer service to call me. I am still waiting.
