Dry Crammed crust, double poor taste.

I bought that double crammed crust pizza, it took 20mins at the shop, left with it having ignored the black dot on the box. I thought because he had just closed the box, the dot would change. Since it was night time, we only unpacked the pizza around 20mins later when got home, the base was dry, the toppings were average and the crammed crust tasted old. It tasted like a preheated item. Upon comparing with a previous purchase from another outlet, I am certain our order was preheated. I complained on the website, was given a ticket number and until today,nothing has happened.
