Drunk Courier Delivered Pizzas 3hrs Later With Friends

I ordered two pizzas at 6pm and it only got delivered after 9pm by a drunk group of people. Mind you, the restaurant was not answering their calls so there was no way of communicating with them. I was hosting people and had to make alternative arrangements.

I made a complaint on twitter same day but was only responded to the following day and they stated that someone was to contact me regarding this. This was on the 1st of April, today is the 13th and the matter is still not resolved.
