Dropped pizza, probably by the delivery guy

Yesterday I bought a pizza online and when it arrived it looked like it fell. I contacted the store to let them know only to be hung up on. And the first lady was plain rude. When I finally got assistance I was asked to send pictures via WhatsApp. I was even advised not to order half & half pizza coz they tend to not come out right, which was very odd because I often order the same thing and it arris in proper shape. The lady insisted that I keep the old pizza till the next day so that when the driver comes to deliver the replacement I hand them that pizza. The tone was coming from doubt of my story and the reason the lady gave me was that her manager will be the one paying for the replacement. I don't know if u guys think I'm greedy and why would I waste my time trying to get through to the store to be made a suspect. R150 is actually not worth all the drama. Hence I said they can just not replace it.
