Drivers manipulating the system

I placed an order over an hour ago with Debonairs Bayview. 40mins ago i received an sms that my order was delivered. Famous the driver ended the trip on the app and sent the sms when there is no delivery. I called the store 3 times and they tell me he is on my road but he is not here still. They promise to call me back they never do.
