driver with a bad attitude

so yesterday I reported the disgusting service that I received from debonairs cosmo city today a lady by the name of Beatrice contacted me to apologise for the inconvenience caused and offered me free lunch. the stupid excuse of a driver that came to deliver the food comes to me and tells me that I have to pay for the food as he wasn't informed that the food was free instead the receipt said its card payment. furthermore he has the nerve to tell me that its not his fault that my food was two and a half hours late he had other customers I'm not the only customer if I need someone to blame I should blame the people that answered the phone. He then tells me that I shouldn't blame him he has been working with people for a long time and he has never got such attitude, if you are going to provide **** service and rude drivers ill give you what you dish out times two. NEVER EVER will I order from your shop no sense of customer service what so ever. such disrespect from such a big brand .....giving me attitude like I sent them to submit their cv's there. IM DONE WITH DEBONAIRS COSMO CITY ILL STICK TO BURGER PERFECT NORTHLANDS CORNER THEY HAVE THE BEEEEEEST SERVICE
