Driver treated me

Hi Debonairs

Please note that as a customer, we are highly disappointed at the attitude we received from your driver. We ordered an hour ago only to be faced by a driver who delivered our meal and demanded that we either pay for the cold meal or he will leave. When I tried explaining that if the spot is black then the pizza is free, I was told that I should move before he looses his temper.

I never knew that this is how you as a company treat customers in that way. Can we please get an explanation from the Maponya Mall franchise.
