Dried out food

I've made an order at Debonairs Pizza in Rivonia and went there to collect it an hour. The manager asked why I collected my order late told him I was avoiding having to wait for it has it was my lunch time then I paid and got my food to my surprise when I got back to the office I noticed that the pizza is burnt on the side and too dry for anyone to eat, I called in the store and was transferred to the query department and I explained everything and I was told that the Manger said "it wasn't he's fault or the stores fault thatg meal turned out that way since I decided to come collect an hour after placing an order". I don't mind wait for my order from time to time but as for the service I received I am so disappointed that they not willing to do anything about it. No one would spend money only to receive ****ty service. I don't see myself ever making an orders from that store ever again.
