Down with Debonairs ****py service

Debonairs Francois Road, Durban. Absolutely appalling service! Second time now I have ordered, first time, I paid full and only half the order arrived... still waiting months later for the balance. Friday night ordered a delivery in store at 19:20. To pay on delivery, I had to phone the customer care twice and the lady(Rose) told me that my order was on its way... By 21:30, still no order, customer care conveniently closed by now and still no order delivered. I am disgusted with the customer service or rather lack there of
