Dough pizza

This afternoon I bought pizza at Khayelitsha mall, the pizza was not well done in fact it was just dough. I called them someone told me that the store maneger will call me back. I wait for an hour no one call, I called back the said the store is not answering. I had to drive to Khayelitsha to return the pizza. What is the point of a customer care if this people don't care about our complaints. If I didn't go to the store I would still be waiting until now. I wasted my time and my petrol. This is not acceptable at all Deborah's pizza
