Double transactions

I purchased my order this evening and the amount was taken out of my account twice because your delivery guy tapped my card for payment and then swiped it again there after. I now have two of the same amount of R194.90 that was taken out of my account. if you people are this irresponsible and I do not get my money back for the one transaction atleast then I will be taking this further.
