Double transaction

I ordered tripple decor on Friday at debonairs in khayelitsa mall it was for delivery, the driver delivered the pizza as I said it will be card on payment, so the driver inserted my card and advised me the payment didn't go through (169) I did a payment again and it went through, after a few minutes when driver left another payment went out of my account, I went to debonairs in khayelitsa with my bank statement and I was advised that the payment will reflect by Saturday it is now Monday and the funds are still not refunded
