Double deductions

Ordered online to Palm Springs Mall and received my order delivered by Thabo. We make payment and then a double deduction from my account. I noticed this when I come back to the house with the pizza I see notifications. Called the number he phoned from and it doesn’t go through. Phone the hotline number and was made to wait for a manger for over 7 minutes. Call again and a rude lady that wouldn’t say her name said it’ll take 7 days. I ain’t waiting 7 days for my money!
