Double debited

The disappointment with the store is beyond me. On the 14th of August 2023 I went to this store in Verulam, I used my my bank card an paid R174.29 and R29.90 for my meal and left the store, On the 20th August I get a notification from my bank another payment of the same amount 174.29 and R 29.90 was taken from my account. I rushed to the same store on the 21st which was the next day my money was taken from my account without me making a purchase, I explained and showed them my bank notification I was told I will get a call from the head office on that day, no apology offered to me instead the lady at the store says “ you not the 1st to come and report such incidents it happens all the time and that their card machine is “faulty”. The annoying part is that this issue is ongoing and known but not fixed of the card machine. For peace I urge to never go to Debonair Verulam. Lusanda Pakkies ***
