Double debit with poor service

I ordered Pizza on the 26th Feb and having waited 2 hours I finally received the pizza. Tried calling the branch no answer, calls keep cutting. Then this morning I wake up just to find that Debonairs has debited me again for both pizzas, haibo what is happening after the poor service and then again I am forced to pay again.

Hai please send me back my money and a free pizza for the inconvenience.
