DONT USE DEBONAIRS PIZZA IN WATERLOO! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

It is so disappointing that i made an order from Debonairs in Waterloo on December 3rd, i called and they confirmed the order which was NEVER delivered. AFTER waiting for a week for a manager to call, they manager tells me after I CALLED...that the order was made after they closed. I made the order at 18:36 , the store accepted the order only for me to be told that it was made at 20:30 after they closed. Now im confused because the person i spoke with said they could see the order, how did she see my order if it was made after they closed? ASTONISHING BEHAVIOUR!!!
