Don't order Debonairs if you only speaks Xitsonga

Ordered pizza from Debonairs Masingita Crossing Malamulele, Zulu speaking call center agent insists she is in Malamulele and can only takes calls in English. My questions are, why lie that you are at the shop and force me to speak English? Does that mean that if you can't speak English, you can't order. Why use call a center, rather than the local shop assistants who speak the local language and know the area? The driver got lost and had to use cell phone, because their 087 number couldn't connect.
