Don't lie and say you called me!!!!

Was just at Clearly Park mall in Port Elizabeth, I ordered a double crammed crust(order number ***2)10minutes after placing the order I went to the store and the lady assisted said that they called to tell me they couldn't do my call order cause of whatever reasons and when I showed her my call log then she started saying no the call didn't go through of whatever reason.

Very disappointed and hungry cause we all know the shops closed early today cause of the lockdown that will take place at midnight, THEY COULD HAVE JUST DECLINED MY ORDER so i can go look elsewhere for food and not have a conversation that went nowhere!!!!!!

Second time getting this type of service from a debonairs store!
