Dont even bother,no excuses

<p>I am writing this complaint on behalf of my mother.....She orderded last night a pizza from Debonairs Zevenwacht Mall.That pizza was orderded 18h00 and was delivered at at almost 19h48!!!!(Have screenshots) She called almost 14 times but either the staff forgot they have a telephone in the store or all of them went on a break??? In any case is its understandable that it can take up to 45 minutes for delivery but seriously 2 hours??? This was great inconvenience for her and if it was up to her she wouldnt have payed anything!!! She is utterly disappointed in the service she received</p>
