Don't care about Customers

I just don't understand why Debonairs Blue Hills would get everything wrong. About 18:37 last night I called to place and an order. First of all, I had to repeat myself several times to the guy taking orders. Eventually, I had to spell everything to him and he still didn't get it right. He sent a delivery guy to the wrong address. The poor guy called to confirm the complex and I told him it was a wrong complex. Unfortunately, he had to go back to the shop since it had started raining (found after I called the shop). The same guy that took my order answered the inquiry call and told me he was sorry. I have no idea what sorry has anything to do with his inability to do his job. To top it all, I received a call from the same shop. This one was assuring me the pizza would definitely be delivered. What happened next is epic! No pizza, no answer. Now it was 21:15 pm. Eventually decided to drive to another fast food outlet that opens 24 hours to get something so at least we'd not starve to death while sleeping. I SALUTE YOU DEBONAIRS BLUE HILLS!!! I just don't understand though why was I being **** to. Why did they call after I had made it clear that I HAD JUST ABOUT ENOUGH! First I had to repeat myself several time and the guy can't get it right.
