Don’t buy from Debonairs bluff. They just don’t care about standards or quality.

I ordered a pizza and debonairs bluff made the incorrect pizza. I called the store explained what had happened. The cashier said she will call me back, after 25 mins she called back saying that they are experiencing load shedding and that if I would like to wait because they were unable to make any pizzas. I said yes I will wait. I waited from 19:00 to 21:00 and no one called me to update me. I called the next day, 3 times and when I asked to speak to the manager my call was never answered. Debonairs only care to make sales, took my money and gives a damn about customer service. I want what I paid for and they must take their spoilt veg pizza away.
