Don't bother to order ahead at Debonairs Butterworth

Dwhat the point of ordering ahead. I called at 1617 placed and order and was told my order will be ready in 20 minutes. Got to the shop at 1645. Yes order not ready. They just starting with it now. We have lives and commitments. This is totally unprofessional.
