Dobsonville Debonairs Pizza Flop
I usually order online for pizza and receive the pizza hot. Today my pizza was cold, when I spoke to the manager Bheki Shiba he told me that the timing was correct. What has time got to do with anything when I'm telling about what was infront of my eyes. When the driver arrived he did not bring along a card machine when I specifically requested one after calling the store. The driver came back with a card machine after i had complained about the cold pizza to Bheki, and the driver confirmed with me that this happened because they had too many orders. To top it all off he charged me R99.99 instead of R99.90. I am so upset with the service received today at Debonairs in Dobsonville and will never make any purchases from them again.
