Dobsonville debonair

I have ordered at dobsonville Debonair a couple of times and each time I get a terrible experience. I would order online and after two hours of waiting be told I should collect my order. Either because there are no couriers or its too late for the restaurant to deliver. I once ordered a on the triple pizza with a small Hawain pizza. When the courier arrived the order was missing and bare in mind I ordered at 6pm and received my order at 20:30. Another thing is their app is such a huge inconvenience in a sense that, it will notify you that you've received the order while the driver hasn't arrived. I even called to find out why and I was told it means the order is on the way. Now my concern was why should the app notify me otherwise, because should I encounter a problem with my delivery I won't be able to complain because my app will be saying a different story to what actually happens. I had another encounter today as well. Same as always I ordered online and just out of my own curiosity I tried to track my order online and found out that no live track was available. Also that I should switch to collecting since there are no couriers... I am sick and tired of their service and hope someone would intervene.
