Dobonairs Jabulani mall is this how you treat your customer's?

This is the worst customer service I have experienced an order I did 5 hours ago and was not received ,so no one called me to tell me what's going on and as to why my order can't be delivered.I paid via Online using my card Order number# ********** 5 time ordered was 15:41 ...what kind of service is this ? Is this how people are treated because we from Soweto? I'm angry and Irate and will take this further ,no customer worse who has paid for they order should be treated like this , Debonairs Jabulani Mall should pull up they socks your customer services is a disgrace to people No Call No Text for the reason of not getting my food
