Do not order from them during loadshedding

I am so angry. Waiting 1h30min for an order. Why don't you stop your orders during loadshedding. I had to make food for my toddler in the dark as her bed time is 7. And all that your customer line say is sorry. This is definate I will not be using your service again. We thought to support youbecause cooking with no power is hard. But you can clearly not do it also. I will be posting to my friends aswell. If you resolved it better on your help line and ir informed your customers that you are incapable of doing your job it would have been better.
