DO NOT ORDER AT DEBONAIRS UMPHAKATHI MALL!!!

Very disappointed with the service received from Debonairs Umphakathi mall. I ordered pizza at around 6pm and was told that the pizza will be delivered within 45 minutes. After an hour passed I called to enquire on why it's late and the lady who picked up the phone kept saying it's coming. After over 2 hours I call again and was told the driver would be called and I would be updated. No update came from the branch and I had to use my own airtime to keep following up and I kept getting "he's coming" and was still told I'll get a call back for an update and that didn't happen.

The pizza only arrives now at 20h52 and this driver has the nerve to call and tell me he's outside. At this time?????? After this long??? When my kids already slept hungry?????

I told him to leave with his Pizza because I cannot wait for close to 3 hours for a pizza delivery up until my kids fell asleep waiting for the pizza. I can take the disappointment but my kids???

Debonairs needs to start doing better,had I been told that the delivery will take over 3 hours I would not have continued with it. I would have made alternative dinner arrangements for my kids. Why tell a customer that delivery will take 45 minutes when you know you've accepted a million orders????

I'm so mad and highly disappointed.
