Do not buy from Debonniars Pizza

On 25th Debonniars Bluedowns, in Cpt sold me a pizza that was undercooked. Raw dough! I immediately called their call center to demand a refund. I was told to email pictures, and a refund can only be processed after 5-7 days. This upset me more!

I then asked for the restaurant number, and the telephone rang unanswered every time. I then decided to complain on Twitter, they asked for proof which was send and they got the restaurant to call me back.

After several calls, Miriam who is the store manager offered me a full refund, and a meal from Steers as a courtesy for the inconvenience. To my surprise, just after 9pm a lady came to pick up the leftover pizza. She handed over the Steers meals and R15 change. So after I demanded a refund, Miriam and Debonniars decided to to buy me Steers as an alternative.

I need this matter resolved. I want a call from your area manager, with an explanation on how things like this happen. I would like my money back. What I have experienced yesterday, was the worst customer service. FIX THIS!
