Do not buy debonairs as they not bothered about customers

Ordered the special triple decker with cool drink. Received delivery approx a hour later. The driver kept hooting instead of hooting once and waiting couple minutes, disturbing the neighbours in the evening. No cool drink received. Driver went back for cool drink but returned with warm cool drink and no receipt for the amount to pay. It was a very hot day and embarrassing as I had guests over. Pizza meantime was cold. The driver cam back and said fridges was switched off in the afternoon and all cool drink was cold. The quality of the pizza was terrible in that bottom layer no hardly any filling. No call received from the manager though I requested he contact me. Debonairs does not care about their customers. Also their call centre it costs to make a call, when I called twice one is put on hold for some time and then a message comes up to say to try later. what an inconvenience.

What a terrible experience and embarrassment. Well Debonairs not lost one customer but few others as well. Will like the regional manager to contact me and not the store manager.
