Dissatisfying Delivery Service
I'm very displeased by the delivery and ordering services of Debonairs Pizza Carlton Center. I ordered my pizza for delivery at 18:15 which was paid online and it's now 23:26 and I still haven't recieved myborder or any feedback. I have called the call center 15 to 16 times now and the one time I did reach an agent she said I should hang up and she'd call back. It's been more 2 hours. This is honestly unpleasant as I haven't had anything to eat all day. It's very dissatisfying

08 Feb 2020, 09:47I finally got through to the call center and I was transferred to the manager who was still sleeping and said would call me back, this was an hour ago and it has been 14 hours and I still haven't recieved my pizza or even a refund from the store. No one from the store even cared to call and explain what happened
