Dissatisfied service

Ordered pizza at 18:36 received my order at 19:57, the pizza was cold and dry. If you going to take an hour and a half at least make up for it with delicious food which is hot. This is not the first time this happened and they have this tendency of sending the notification that your order has arrived but they haven’t delivered yet. Debonairs standard has definitely declined
