Dissatisfied customer

My wife went to Debonairs pizza in gem city in Phoenix She went to order a pizza so she asked them if they can plz remove the olives and put something else the cashier (MARY) rudely starts to screaming at my wife in front of my son and the store manager (Abongile) Is of no help what do ever so I called the area manager(FRED) and explained to him the matter he says he will get back to me wen I try to call him he sends me a SMS that he is not available. It's always a problem store
