Dissatisfied customer

I ordered pizza for delivery by Bluedowns cape town and never received it,After an hour I called to find out where my order is and I was told that they going to escalated it further,and hour 25 min I called again and I was told the same same,not only are they not competent,they don't care about customers, definitely not ordering with them again after waiting for this long it's now 22:50 and no one got back to me yet
