Dissatisfied

So my family and I had a busy day on Tuesday when we decided to take a break and head on home. On our way home we took a turn to get pizza's at Debonairs (Blue Haze Mall - in Hazyview). I am not too sure about the time but it was roughly 18:00 as we had estimated that by 18:30 we would have gotten our pizza and be gone, boy were we wrong!!! By the way we had ordered the triple crust pizza. So we waited and waited and waited and waited... And so did the other customers that came before and after us. <br> Everyone became agitated after 45mins. I mean why wait for a pizza 45 long minutes? That didn't get to me as much i excused Debonairs saying it is month end so let me calm down but there was literally no movement!!!!! People started complaining and only then the cashier comes out and says we running short on \Crust". No apologies whatsoever!!! I am sorry but you'll make us wait then not even bother apologizing? It was disgusting!!! And it seemed as though we were not taken seriously. <br> An hour goes by"
