DISSATISFIED!!!!

Disappointed customer, ordered online and my order was accepted and payment went through after a while I got a decline email stating that the store is unable to deliver and a refund will be done in 5 days so meaning I have to 5 days for my money and what am I supposed to eat for dinner today, this is really unacceptable as I also called the store and they kept on hanging my calls down. I keep on calling and ended up not taking my calls. Is this the kind of service you provide to your customers? If the store is busy they should indicate or rather not accept the order. I am veeery disappointed with the service.
